Axis Cleaning & Support Services Introduces new shopping centre champion role

Axis Cleaning & Support Services has created a new national position – Shopping Centre Champion – to add to its management structure, appointing Jeanette McDonald to the role.

Jeanette, who was previously a Senior Operations Manager at the company, will now have responsibility for sharing and promoting best practice at current shopping centre customer sites with the wider company, as well as building even closer customer relations and ensuring that Axis Cleaning & Support Services delivers best value for money for its shopping centre clients.

Jeanette says that her previous experience has equipped her well for the position: “I have worked for a number of years in a similar role for another company, managing the cleaning operations within shopping centres, as well as having more recently been a Senior Operations Manager for Axis Cleaning & Support Services, so I understand the needs, expectations and issues that come into play within a shopping centre environment.

“I’m looking forward to working with the operations teams to build customer relations, drive up standards, develop innovative cleaning solutions, and ensure that best practice is agreed and carried out across the shopping centre customer portfolio.”
