Acuity LogoAcuity, the Axis Group’s niche high-end reception and concierge business, has won a contract to provide front of house services to 10 Fleet Place, a landmark office complex managed by Broadgate Estates.

Acuity’s sister company, Axis Security already provides 10 Fleet Place with manned guarding services and this relationship offered Acuity the opportunity to impress the benefits of its front of house services.

With a new client occupying the office space at 10 Fleet Place, Emma Coomber, Property Manager at Broadgate Estates, was looking to raise the profile of the building in keeping with the new owner’s expectations:

“We needed to ensure that the reception services were of the very highest standard and quality and Acuity has helped us to achieve this,” she says. “The detailed communication we received from Acuity was second to none. It was clear that they cared about finding us the right receptionist to suit our needs, and ensured a slick handover by detailing exactly what was required in a receptionist handbook.”

Emma has already received excellent tenant feedback: “Feedback has been spontaneous, rather than prompted, and all seem to agree that nothing is too much trouble for our receptionist, that she has a lovely manner, always stands up and makes eye contact with those entering the building and has made a real difference. This is a result of the comprehensive hospitality and grooming training that has been given by Acuity.”

Chiara Di Rienzo, General Manager of Acuity is delighted to be working for such a prestigious office complex: “We have a responsibility to provide a service that 10 Fleet Place is not just proud of, but one that exceeds expectations,” she says.

“Our aim is to think about everything so they don’t have to. With holiday and sickness cover, for example, our aim is to ensure that there are always employees available who know the client and their requirements inside and out.”
