Acuity Wins Soft FM Services Award

November 24, 2016

On 23rd November BNP Paribas Real Estate, one of the UK’s leading property management firms, held their inaugural Supplier Forum awards dinner at Etc Venues in the City of London. The event was held to celebrate and recognise the performance and achievements of BNP’s service partners and was the culmination of their 2016 supplier relationship management (SRM) programme. The SRM programme requires all service partners to engage with BNP in a quarterly satisfaction survey, with the results of the surveys generating a Net Promoter Score for each company.

During the awards ceremony, Acuity - who currently provide reception management services at ten properties for BNP Paribas Real Estate - were presented with the ‘Soft FM Services Provider’ award. This was as a result of their attaining a Net promoter Score of 100% during 2016.

After accepting the award, Neil Ames, Managing Director of Acuity, said “I’m both delighted and proud to receive this prestigious award. Acuity is a relatively young company and to achieve a higher Net Promoter Score than our more established competitors in the reception management services sector, as well as companies from other soft services disciplines, is an incredible achievement”.

Chiara Di Rienzo, Acuity’s Operations Director, said, “I too am incredibly proud to receive this prestigious award. It’s great recognition of the professionalism, energy and passion of our Account Managers and Reception Teams. Everyone at Acuity has contributed towards this success and I thank them all for their commitment towards excellence and for being formidable brand ambassadors for both Acuity and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

When co-founding Acuity in 2013, Neil and Chiara’s vision was to offer their clients a best in class and entirely bespoke front of house service that would add value and adhere to their philosophy of formulating genuine working partnerships with both employees and clients. This award would indicate that their vision has indeed become a reality.
