We are continually challenged by our clients for innovation - so it was great to see some really exciting examples when I attended The Cleaning Show 2017 at the ExCel this week. I'm especially looking forward to seeing the ICE Service-Call system, which was demo'd to me at the show, in use as this has the capacity to significantly reduce equipment downtime and therefore help us provide an even better service to our clients.
